“It’s all about the dough”
That’s our motto at Fiamma Pizza Company. A local authentic Neapolitan pizzeria on the North Shore in Chattanooga, TN. Our pizzaiuolo, Brion Voges, studied with Roberto Caporuscio. Caporuscio is the owner of Kesté and president of the US chapter of the APN (Association of Neapolitan Pizza Makers).
Using the lessons learned from Caporuscio, Fiamma was created. Fiamma bakes delicious, traditional and creative wood fired Neapolitan pizzas, fresh salads, and sandwiches. Served in a warm, casual atmosphere, pizza lovers can dine on pies made with the finest ingredients including imported ’00’ flour, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh produce.
